Kim Kardashian Talks O.J. Simpson Connection

Kim Kardashian opened up about the last time she saw O.J. Simpson. Talking to her pal Jonathan Cheban, on his new podcast, KUWTK star was surprised to learn that Cheban recently ran into the ex-NFL star at a restaurant in Miami. Then Kardashian-West started to recall her own memories and the last time she spoke to infamous O.J.

“I think the last time I saw him was in Miami,” Kim explained. “It was before he had gone to jail the last situation, and Khloé and, I think me Kourtney and Khloé were in Miami in a club, and we ran into him in the VIP section. But it was like behind a stage or something, I don’t even know what club it was at. We all, I think, started crying. It was emotional, I think.” Mother of four was referring to 2008 before O.J. Simpson went to prison for robbery.

In case you somehow missed it, NFL star was a friend of the Kardashians. Robert Kardashian was one of his lawyers during the murder trial of his ex-wife and her friend. Nicole Brown, the victim, and Kris Jenner were best friends at some point. Kim met Nicole and O.J. while they were married, and she was still a child. She then explained why she doesn’t like talking about the case:

“You know, his kids are all so amazing and Nicole’s kids, and I’m still somewhat friendly with his children,” Kim continued. “I don’t really talk to them, but I did connect with his son a few years back, and I just have respect for them, and their lives must be extremely hard to really go through that. I always try to keep to myself on that issue and not really bring anything up for them.” Jonathan Cheban never met Robert Kardashian Senior, and he didn’t know how much he helped the case. Kim obviously has a good reason not to talk about her experiences.

As for the rumors about O.J. and Khris affair, well both denied it. It’s old news and over 25 years old.  There’s even a conspiracy theory that Khloé wasn’t Robert Kardashian’s biological daughter, but O.J.’s. Kris Jenner will, once again, address that in the upcoming KUWTK episodes.
