That’s Amore: Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton looked perfectly matched on Venice Film Festival 2019. The couple made a rare red carpet appearance together at the MiuMiu photocall. Then, when the night came, Rami and Lucy went for a private gondola ride, which is something loved up couples do while in Venice.
Malek does not like to talk about romance, but he spilled his heart to this month’s GQ.
“Hollywood gets this rap of a lot of lascivious, nasty things that take place within the confines of pre-production to post-production and studios and agents and whatnot.” Then added: “If you can find any type of happiness in it, latch on.”
Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton confirmed their relationship at the beginning of the year. There were some speculations about his love status. Bohemian Rhapsody star shut them all down when he thanked Lucy while accepting the International Film Festival’s award. But Malek’s actress girlfriend is even more private. However, in her interview for the Cut, he did say something interesting.
After meeting at the Morgan Library in New York for her interview Boynton said: “Imagine having a wedding here.”
“Perfect,” she added, “because I want to have a wedding here, but I don’t want anyone else to.” They are always in sync in their interviews and fashion-wise, so wedding bells might be just around the corner.
As for Venice Film Festival 2019, the weekend was exciting and filled with superstars. From Meryl Streep to Gary Oldman, and standing ovations for the new Joker, it seems like getting out of Hollywood is just what the movie industry needed. Penelope Cruz and Sienna Miller were showstoppers, in Ralph & Russo and Gucci gowns.
Miss Miller didn’t mind that her ex, Jude Law, was also there to promote The New Pope. Sienna Miller and Jude Law dated on/off for a decade, but they found happiness with other people.
Seems like there will some great movies and TV shows in the upcoming months, considering Venice Film Festival. The Joker and The Laundromat are on the must-watch list, as well as Ad Astra. And you know we cannot wait to see The Naughty Pope… Stay tuned for more Venice!
