Vintage Gossip: Carolyn Bessette and JFK Jr. Were In Counseling

Some people will never be left to rest in peace. Not a day goes by that Lady Diana isn’t a guest at the tabloids, but the Kennedy family isn’t speared as well. There’s a new book, and we are talking about Carolyn Bessette and JFK Jr. Why? Let’s find out.

Part of the book called “The Kennedy Heirs” is focused on John F. Kennedy Jr., who was loved by the ladies all over the planet, and his gorgeous wife,  Carolyn Bessette. The author, J. Randy Taraborrelli, says, “John and Carolyn loved each other, but their struggles were much more real than people realize.” The author reveals that she was struggling to fit in and felt hunted by the paparazzi. But the worst is yet to come.

According to the author, Bessette was so stressed out that she did drugs, and so did her famous husband. John was the jealous type, but they went to counseling because “John didn’t want to be one of those Kennedy men who didn’t care how his wife feels .”

The couple married in 1996. They hit the rough patch two years later, but we will never know what happened since they died in a plane crash in 1999. Carolyn Bessette was 33 years old, JFK was 38 and on the plane was also her sister, 34. Again, according to the book, the couple’s marriage was “on probation” at the time of their deaths.

Many already knew that this marriage wasn’t a fairy-tale, yet the couple was insanely popular and stylish, so my guess is that we will never hear the end of this story.
